Terms & Conditions 

 

Down To The Detail is a mobile car detailing service which will come to the clients location of choice. We do not require access to water due to our onboard water tank but we do require a safe place to plug our extension lead in to gain power. Down To The Detail is not responsible for cost of electricity used whilst we provide our service.

 

The client must ensure prior to arrival of Down To The Detail that sufficient space is available for both the operative vehicle and their van, along with sufficient movement around both vehicles.  

 

The client must ensure prior to arrival of the Down To The Detail that the location of the service as dictated by the client is safe, secure and sufficient for Down To The Detail to carry out the service and further that the location allows and permits such activity to be carried out. Any parking charges required or levied as a result of the location as chosen by the client will be charged to the client account.

 

Down To The Detail will not accept cancellations within  24 hours prior to a booking. Cancellation and alterations can be made to a booking providing over 24 hours notice is given without any charge.

 

If your interior is heavily soiled/covered with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit or blood, additional charges WILL apply. 

Down To The Detail advise if you have any of the above to send a few select pictures before booking so that we can provide a fair estimate. If not, the price will be negotiated on the day before any work commences. This is due to additional time it will take and the use of different products which will be required.

 

Down To The Detail reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time prior to booking due to non-availability of staff or adverse weather. If we have to reschedule a booking we are happy to reschedule within the next 14 days to your next available date. If this is not possible, it is the customers choice to cancel or to reschedule to a date beyond the 14 days.

 

Payments must be made via bank transfer or cash payment immediately after work has been completed unless prior arrangements have been made.

 

Upon completion of the service the client will be asked to inspect the vehicle and confirm that the service has been completed to the specification as explained by Down To The Detail.  

 

Should the client be unsatisfied with completion of the service, the client is required to detail the points to the operative and allow the operative to rectify the points. 

 

Whilst we take every care to ensure your car is given the ultimate 'Down To The Detail' package, upon completion of the service, the client will be asked to inspect the vehicle and confirm that no damage has occurred during the operation of the service.
